Cancellation Policy for Mountain CoWork

Welcome to Mountain CoWork! We strive to provide a flexible, supportive environment for professionals, freelancers, and teams. Understanding that plans can change, we've crafted our cancellation policy to offer a fair balance between flexibility for our members and operational feasibility for our space.

1. Membership Cancellation:

  • Members may cancel their monthly membership by providing 30 days written notice to either Josh Thomas or Joe Markert.

  • Cancellation requests must include the member's name, membership plan, and desired last day of access.

  • Prepaid membership fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your billing cycle, your access to the coworking space and member benefits will continue until the end of the said cycle.

2. Desk and Private Office Space Bookings:

  • Desks and private offices require cancellation or rescheduling to be done at least 24 hours ahead of said booking time.

  • If you do not show up for your desk or office at the time of booking we reserve the right to give your space away after 30 minutes. 

3. Event Space Bookings:

  • For cancellations of event space bookings, we require a 7-day notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 2 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Mountain CoWork management in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

Policy Changes:

Mountain CoWork reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email and will be updated on our website. Continued use of our facilities and services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
