Mountain CoWork Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Mountain CoWork space (the "Space"). By using the Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Space.
2. Membership
To use the Space, you must be a member of Mountain CoWork or have purchased a Day Pass. Membership is available on a monthly or annual basis. You can sign up for membership online or at the Space.
3. Space Usage
The Space is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and open 24/7 for our Professional and Unlimited members contingent upon passing a background check. Members and Day Pass users must adhere to the “9 Commandments of our CoWork Space.” You must use the Space in a professional and respectful manner. You must not use the Space for any illegal or disruptive activity.
4. Guest Policy
When bringing guests into our coworking space, members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to the established policies. Guests are granted access for specific purposes, such as meetings with members, and are not permitted to use other desks or amenities within the coworking space. This includes shared workstations, private offices, and any other communal facilities. Members must accompany their guests at all times and are accountable for their guests' behavior and compliance with the coworking space rules. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the restriction of guest privileges for the member.
5. Property
Mountain CoWork is not responsible for the loss or damage of your property. You are responsible for backing up your data.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mountain CoWork, its owners, managers, and employees, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Space.
7. Termination
Mountain CoWork may terminate your membership for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination of your membership, you must immediately cease using the Space.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mountain CoWork and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
